Terms of Service

Last updated: August 3, 2026 · Applies to all Vice Discord bots (including Vice Music, Vice Games, Vice Destiny, and future apps under the same operator)

1. Purpose

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of Discord applications operated by the Vice team (“we”, “our”), including but not limited to Vice Music, Vice Games, Vice Destiny, and any future bots or apps we publish under the Vice brand (each a “Bot”, together the “Services”). By inviting or using any Bot on Discord, you agree to these Terms.

2. Service description

Depending on the Bot, features may include for example:

  • Vice Music · playback in voice channels, queues, controls, and optional 24/7 / radio features;
  • Vice Games · alerts and information about free games, promotions, and offers from third-party stores;
  • Vice Destiny · football career RPG (seasons, choices, duels, badges, leaderboards) on Discord servers;
  • settings, localization, and related slash commands or interactions.

Features may change over time. We do not guarantee that every Bot or feature will remain available indefinitely.

3. Eligibility

You must meet Discord’s minimum age requirement in your country and have the permissions needed to add a Bot or configure its features on a server.

4. Discord accounts and servers

Use of the Services remains subject to the Discord Terms of Service and the Discord Community Guidelines. We are not affiliated with Discord Inc.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • abuse, overload, or attempt to circumvent any Bot or its infrastructure;
  • use a Bot to harass, spam, or distribute illegal content;
  • resell access to a Bot or present it as an official service of Discord, a music platform, or a game store;
  • mass-extract data provided by a Bot beyond normal use.

6. Third-party content and accuracy

Bots may rely on third-party sources (music platforms, game stores, public APIs, stream URLs, etc.). Titles, availability, prices, end dates, and stream quality may change without notice. We do not guarantee completeness or accuracy of third-party information, nor uninterrupted playback or offer availability. Always verify on the relevant third-party service.

7. Intellectual property

The “Vice”, “Vice Music”, “Vice Games”, and “Vice Destiny” names, bots, code, and associated graphics remain our property or that of their respective rights holders. Cited brands, logos, tracks, and game titles belong to their respective owners.

8. Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of any Bot at any time, including for maintenance, updates, or legal reasons. These Terms may be updated; the date at the top of this page controls.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Vice team and its operators shall not be liable for indirect damages, data loss, financial loss, or disputes arising from use of a Bot, inaccurate third-party data, a service interruption, or actions of third-party platforms (Discord, Spotify, YouTube, Steam, Epic, etc.).

10. Termination

You may stop using a Bot at any time by removing it from your servers or apps. We may restrict or revoke access if these Terms are violated or in case of abuse.

11. Governing law

Subject to mandatory applicable rules, these Terms are interpreted under French law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of the operator’s seat, unless a mandatory rule provides otherwise.
